Welcome to Digital Surrey
It is estimated that as much as 25% of Surrey's population are digitally excluded - this can be due to affordability of equipment or wifi and data packages, lack of digital skills, or connectivity issues in rural areas. Being able to use digital services as part of our everyday lives can save us precious time, expand our worlds with knowledge, skills and ability to connect with people all over the world, and much more. Not everyone wants to use digital products - a choice which should be supported in every way - however for those who would like to but have barriers stopping them from doing so, we're here to help.
This website is designed to act as a 'one stop shop' of all information relating to digital inclusion and support available across Surrey to anyone who would like to start using more digital products such as the NHS App, doing online shops or banking, or learning more digital skills to improve their skillset and open up more job opportunities.
Whether you're already using some digital services or if digital is all new to you, there are local organisations, charities and volunteer groups that can help you connect with online services that make life that bit easier.
Digital Surrey also gives the option to refer someone else for support, so if you are looking for some help for a friend, a family member or a professional referral, we can help with that too.
